    Private car: Sedan or Hatchback such as Toyota Prius, Honda Insight, Honda fit shuttle or equal in class.

    Luxury MPV: 7 seater MPV such as Toyota Noah, Toyota Voxy, Nissan Serena or equal in class.

    Large commuter: Commuter with minimum 10 passenger seats such as Toyota or Nissan commuter.

     

    Do the vehicles have sufficient luggage space?

    Private car: 3 cabin luggages and 3 checked luggages

    Luxury MPV: 4 cabin luggages and 4 checked luggages.

    Large commuter: 9 cabin luggages and 9 checked luggages.

    Can I travel with a surf board?

    If you are two passengers who travel together, then we may able to accommodate a one in “private car” option. Otherwise, the option will be taking a “large van”, there we can accommodate a one regardless of the no passengers.

    What if I may not able to travel due to significant global event / force majeure?

    In the events affected by covid-19, travel restrictions imposed between countries, provinces or between any other specific borders, a full refund will be issued regardless to the standard cancellation policy.
